Yes, beginners are welcome. Our insurance options ensure peace of mind.
We are closed on Mondays and Thursdays. Rentals and returns are unavailable on those days.
Starting Nov 23, 2023 we are closed on Mondays and Thursdays. Rentals, returns and extensions are unavailable on closed days.
We are closed Aug 11-15, 2025. From Aug 6-15 a busy-season surcharge of ¥550 per day applies.
Returns outside business hours (10:00-19:00) are not possible. Please return later; late returns will incur a fee.
Returns after hours are not allowed. Security is active so please return on another day. Late returns incur a fee.
Yes, you can choose them as options after selecting your bike.
Helmet rental is available as an option. If not selected, please bring your own.
We do not lend ETC cards. Some bikes may not have ETC equipment.
At the Minowa store, press the intercom on the right side of the Route 4 entrance and our staff will assist you.
Please return the bike to the store you rented from.
We do not keep customers' vehicles.
We cannot store any personal vehicles.
If within 180km of the rental store, free 24-hour roadside service is available. During business hours contact the store; otherwise use the service directly.
Reservations are accepted until 5pm on the business day before your rental.

A fee of 50% of the base rate applies from 3 business days before your rental.
